The episode, titled “Cobra’s Curse,” is set to air on the Food Network Monday, July 18 at 9 p.m. In it, contestants are challenged to design roller-coaster themed cakes that honor the grand opening of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s newest ride.
“They said it was the hardest theme they’ve ever had on the show,” Bucceri said. “They wanted the cakes to look like they were defying gravity.”
